MORE SURPRISE, MORE DELIGHT: REWARDING OUR TIME TRAVELERS
We are introducing more rewards for our Time Travelers and Keykeepers. These rewards will be offered during select promotional periods, as well as sporadically when no special purchase is required. And we have added additional benefits for our Keykeepers. This list is only viewable in our Keykeepers portal.
IMPROVING SENSORY EXPERIENCE: UPDATED FORMULATION
After months of experimentation, we have reformulated our wax, yielding a more powerful aromatic experience.
QUALITY OVER QUANTITY: LIMITING OUR PRODUCTION
Did you know that a single candle takes almost three weeks to create from start to finish? To ensure that we can better meet future demand without compromising our signature experience, we will be limiting the number of candles that we produce for each collection. As we are a small artisanal company, this shift will allow us to better focus on producing high quality experiences for our Time Travelers and Keykeepers, our top priority.
A COMMITMENT TO IMPROVE ASPECTS OF OUR BUSINESS: ADJUSTING OUR PRICES
Effective February 20, 2024, we will be adjusting our prices to reflect some of the planned enhancements and recent economic conditions we've weathered as a small, artisanal company. This 10-12% increase, in part, will allow us to reduce our order fulfillment times (a top focus) and enhance our ability to craft more sensory history experiences—and continue our trademark artisanal approach to creating unique and memorable moments.
